When I was searching for a garden/yard cleaning service, I found this company on line. Well the name was the reason I went with the company. Shane and Rosarie couldn't have been more professional and trustworthy with my yard. The communication and punctuality were very appreciated also. It was a big job and they impressed me within the 2 days that they worked. I have no problem highly recommending this local company.

HD are really into what they do. We just needed a total clean-up of our back-yard space in Berkeley that had become overgrown and weedy. They came in and went straight to work, cleaning out old brush and weeding the paths and pruning back the various plants. I came home to a new space in my back yard and from there started asking about additional plants and features I could add to make the space even more homely. Today I have a beautiful backyard space in which to relax of an evening or entertain friends of a weekend. I always feel proud when friends compliment me on my garden and have the guys at Hoes and Ditches to thank for it. Keep up the good work!!!

I recently hired these guys really solely based on there name and availability. Rosarie is very prompt with responding and I felt like her quotes seemed very fair to me. I had them do a bunch of work on my front and back yard. Which included a lot of new plantings, trimming of old trees, application of new mulch and the installation of a new drip system. All seemed to go very smoothly. The two of them worked two very solid days in our front yard, which badly needed the help, and we could not be happier!! Thanks guys!

Rosarie and her crew did a fantastic job. Spent good eight hours in weeding and transformed the backyard. We wanted a rock garden with low drought cactus plants. The job was high intensity of

I had Shane and Rosarie replant my vegetable garden. As I noticed, there were problems with a some pavement on the garden path and on the gravel patio. They redid everything for a very good price.

My husband and I recently moved into a house with a large, abandoned garden that seemed to have a lot of potential. We negotiated a deal with our landlord for discounted rent in exchange for building out the backyard, but had no idea where to start. I saw Rosarie's cute little truck around the neighborhood, and decided to give her a call to help us out. I'm so glad I did! I know nothing at all about gardening, but you would never know that looking at my yard now! It's beautifully landscaped and full of gorgeous giant plants (don't ask me what they're called) that make my morning coffee time in the yard so relaxing. I just let her do whatever she wanted with the space, and couldn't be happier with the results. She even managed to resuscitate a near-dead ficus we'd all but given up on. It's immediately apparent that she's great at what she does, and cares a lot about doing it well. No project is too large or small for her. I recommend her highly!
